Condolence From: Mark Fiedler
Condolence: Sincere condolences for the Quelet family. Mr. Quelet was such a well rounded person and I loved to have talks with him about some of the work he was involved with up in Albany, NY where I once worked.
I am sure he will be received in heaven with open arms, may God bless him and the Quelet family.
